Quarrying
From the rich marble heartland of Udaipur, we begin by carefully identifying premium deposits. Using modern wire saws and diamond cutters, we extract large raw blocks with precision while ensuring sustainable mining practices that respect nature.

Block Dressing & Sorting
Once extracted, raw blocks are dressed into uniform shapes for easy handling. Each block is then sorted based on its natural color, unique vein patterns, size, and grade. They are safely stored in our yards, awaiting transformation.

Processing
At our advanced processing facilities, marble blocks are sliced into slabs using gang saws and wire saws. Surfaces are polished, honed, brushed, or finished to perfection. Micro-cracks are resin-filled for durability, and slabs are calibrated for uniform thickness and dimensions.
